what a better way to cure those monday duldrums than a little cake.....a goat cheese and lemon cheesecake that is!
leah and I have had an idea of working on a food blog together, some place where we could share our thoughts and ideas on recipes we try out. we were already cooking from the same recipe on the same night once a week, so why not have a written record of it? add rangsiwan into the mix and you get defiantly domestic. we all decided to go with dessert this week, or more like rangsiwan chose it and the two of us followed with our mouths drooling.
the design of the site is still in "beta", but we just wanted to get it started. especially with all the upcoming holiday cooking. I may have to redo thanksgiving just to show everything I made...

great idea, but can we do a food swap too. It should go something like...you send food to me, I eat it with glee and send back my thanks...hee hee...because those cheesecakes look delish!!
