New Host!

and a bit of a new look.
I finally got the site* back up earlier this morning, weird that it happened today no?
Happy Easter! I’m going to rest up and, who knows, maybe work on my poor sockpal’s sock.

Woohoo! I’ve been itching to have another look at your yarn goodies. Time to sit down and relax and wait for the orders to roll in 😀 Good luck with the shop, not that you’ll need it petal!

So what kind of yarn porn have you got on that site? My employer’s ‘appropriateness filter’ (which permits all KINDS of things, mind you) has me blocked from it now. Have you started cursing there? Beaver shots? Whazzup? I only started getting the access denied message today (not on Friday). I work for the fed gov’t, and have never been blocked from looking at yarn.
    Help!

  • yahaira April 17, 2006 at 11:39 pm

not sure what you mean. theres only yarn in there.
are you looking at the right address? the dns propagation could still be going on.

Congrats, Yahaira! The site looks wonderful, and the yarn is even better. I couldn’t resist ordering some bamboo in the “Amanda” colorway, for obvious reasons. Can’t wait to see it in person. Best of luck with the new store – I know I’ll be back again!

Your store’s site is lso blocked for me at work. I’m not entirely surprised since all kinds of things (including flickr) are blocked. The shocking thing, though is that is says “The Websense(the blocking program/company thing) category “sex” is blocked by your employer.” How does your yarn shop get categorized as a sex site??!! Just thought you should know.
