This is a test

A test knit that is. Some of my projects have taken a backseat for a while because I was test knitting a shrug pattern. Since this is a "knitting blog" after all, I figured I would show a bit of my latest FO. Isn't it just gorge!? I used cashmerino aran in gray, though I hate that it's called that since it's more like mercrylmere. The sheen and softnest go straight to my heart, so I guess I'm ok with that.
I should have a couple more FO's soon, I hope.

I'm working on a cabled sweater pattern. Would you be my beta tester? I'd be honored! I think I need a proofer. Well, I'll send you a pic of it and you can tell me if it'd be something you'd like to knit!PS My new yarn is from Ebay, a butter yellow 3-ply wool. Delicious color. I bumped myself down to Acrylic coz I got 2,000 yards of it (4 8z cones) -- $12/cone -- I have to make a sweatervest for my SO, male size Large (and it's my first time knitting a clothing item for a man... I think it takes a lot of yarn, no?), and also I'd like a new top myself. I just adore butter yellow and pink.

Really -- I assumed it was a new Glampyre test knit, since it looks like you test knit her camisole. What a gorgeous sleeve!
